Booking Your Stay: We've reserved a special room block at Westgate Resort for our wedding weekend. To book, use this link https://resort.to/Bruce-Wedding before Wednesday, October 25, 2023. A deposit equal to one night's room & tax will be charged to your credit card at the time of booking.  There is a shuttle to go from Westgate Hotel to Pier….. and the hotel will allow one-night stays.

Check-In and Check-Out: You can check in starting at 4:00 p.m. on your scheduled arrival date. Your reservation is guaranteed for late arrival until 11:59PM that day. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m. If you plan to stay later, please be aware that a late-departure charge may apply.

Cancellation Policy: Should your plans change, cancellations can be made up to seventy-two (72) hours prior to the first check-in date without penalty. If you cancel within this window, you'll be refunded your deposit. All rates are in US dollars.

We will provide a shuttle on wedding day from 4:45pm - 10pm back and forth between Pier and hotel.

Our weekend of joy begins on Friday afternoon with a friendly golf match at the Cocoa Beach Country Club for those who love the links, while others can indulge in a tranquil spa afternoon. As the day unfolds, we'll unite for a lively BBQ at our oceanfront Airbnb, a gathering open to all our cherished guests. The main event, our beach wedding, takes place on Saturday, November 11th at 5 o'clock. Following a brief but heartfelt ceremony, we'll transition to the stunningly re-imagined Cocoa Beach Pier banquet space for an evening filled with reception festivities, dinner, and dancing. As for attire, we encourage a blend of beachside elegance: casual-chic outfits matched with comfortable shoes, capturing the sophisticated yet relaxed vibe of our oceanfront celebration. We're eagerly counting down the days to this extraordinary weekend and can't wait to share these unforgettable moments with you! 

Cocoa Beach promises a delightful stay, especially with the amazing weather in November. Explore the Indian River and Atlantic Oceans by renting a boat from Wildlife Watersports, or savor a unique dining experience at Flavour Kitchen & Wine Bar, just steps from the ocean. Don't forget to visit the Kennedy Space Center for a touch of space exploration. With sunny skies and temperatures around 88 high and 75 low, there's plenty to enjoy. Whether it's adventure on the water or a culinary treat, your time here will be a memorable part of our wedding weekend.
